Patrick J. Lewis

Patrick J. Lewis, ARM, is the Chief Executive Officer of Affluent Investments, LLC, an Atlanta, Ga based business consulting company, with a mission to promote economic growth and prosperity in disadvantaged communities. He serves as the Executive Director of the non-profit corporation Returning Citizens Development Corporation.

Patrick is committed to providing communities in Atlanta, GA opportunities for training and development to strengthen neighborhoods. Patrick’s tenure as VP of Embassy International Chamber of Commerce and career as Director of Operations in the U.S. Air Force, advising C-Level Executives, prepared him as an entrepreneur. He was the co-author and responsible for implementing the “Chaplaincy Global Ministry” model for the U.S. Air Force Chaplaincy during the Gulf War. He is a Certified NXlevel Entrepreneurial Instructor, and Accredited Residential Manager.

A respected partner in the multifamily real estate industry, Patrick is a retired property manager with over 18 years’ experience in regional property operations, branding, positioning, acquisitions, sales, and marketing multifamily real estate in the north and southeast.
